is a dedicated law enforcement professional with over 15 years of experience serving the Indianapolis community. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and public safety.
Carlos has extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership. As a Captain and Commander with the Center Township Constable’s Office, he has supervised over 40
deputies and managed court-ordered enforcement duties. His role as a Patrol Sergeant with the Indianapolis Public Schools Police Department has allowed him to work closely with students, educators, and the community to maintain safety and uphold the law.
Previously, Carlos served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office,
where he was responsible for inmate custody and care, facility security, and
coordinating with law enforcement agencies to ensure safety within the correctional
system. His hands-on experience across various aspects of law enforcement has
equipped him with the skills and leadership necessary to serve as an effective
Constable.

Additionally, as the owner and operator of Metropolitan Protective Services LLC, Carlos has provided security services, further showcasing his dedication to protecting individuals and businesses.
Carlos holds a Tier I certification from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and a
degree in Criminal Justice from Ivy Tech Community College. His educational
background, combined with his extensive field experience, reinforces his commitment to upholding justice and serving the people of Center Township with equality and honor.
